Kumuwuki, Regional Arts Australia National Conference held in Goolwa 18 - 21 October 2012 (www.kumuwuki.org.au) discussed The best dressed boat at Goolwa Regatta 1913. This is an ongoing project. Can you help them with their enquiry?
