Guide to material held in the Goolwa Library History Room - Local History Collection

 

 

 

 

Each box illustrates a shelf in the History Room and illustrates the major category of material contained on that shelf.  Most books will also have a minor heading which are described on the next page.

 

 

 

 

As an easy guide, if the material relates to only one township it has been filed under that township.  However, if the material contains information on more than one local township it has been filed under Fleurieu.  Therefore, if you can’t find what you are looking for under Goolwa, also look under Fleurieu (and maybe even South Australia) to widen your search.
